There is something in the way, something separating this experience from the promise of the infinite. If I just reach out my hand, I’m sure I could touch it and yet I don’t. I stay on this side of the veil, distracted. It looks so pretty out there but I am in here, unwilling to move, or unable. Is this paralysis a hallucination or simulation? What happens on the other side?
